Donation

The Sternenzelt Bamberg children's hospice does valuable work for seriously ill children and their families – with humanity, closeness and a lot of heart. It provides support in challenging life situations, accompanies families with dignity and creates lasting moments of security.

Out of deep conviction, we are supporting this important work with donations in 2024 and 2025. Our commitment is an expression of our responsibility towards society and our desire to help where support is most urgently needed.

Smart check-in

Our self-service check-in via tablet at reception enables flexible, uncomplicated and modern arrival. Guests can check in independently at any time – regardless of opening hours or peak times. This ensures a smooth start to their stay and saves valuable time.

At the same time, the digital check-in system significantly reduces the workload for our team. Fewer manual processes mean less staff are needed at reception, freeing up time for personalised service where it is really needed. This is how we combine efficiency with service quality.

Furthermore, digital check-in is an important step towards sustainability. By eliminating paper forms and reducing administrative processes, we are reducing our consumption of resources and making our processes more environmentally friendly. The result is a smart solution that combines convenience, cost-effectiveness and responsible action.
